ZCT defines a group as 10 or more individuals, with tickets ordered at the same time under one name, paid for in advance with a Credit Card, Purchase Order, PayPal, Venmo, Check, or Cash. Payment or an intent to pay (Purchase Order) must be received 7 business days prior to the performance date. A "GROUP" is made up of 10 or more tickets of the same type or different ticket types. Management reserves the right to release any unpaid group reservations 5 business days before the performance.
