Steve Hammer (Col. Gillweather) is making his debut at ZCT. It was a Monday morning when Todd and Amy King knocked on his office door at Resource Systems to ask Steve if he wanted to dust off the old theatre mask and have a go at “Something’s Afoot”. At the time he reluctantly said yes but has not regretted his decision since. Steve has a minor in theater from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. This is his first formal production in quite a few years. Most recently, Steve used his God given talents at a contemporary church in Arkansas where drama was an integral part of the service. |

Eric Blake (Dr. Grayburn) Eric
has been involved in theatre for many years (since high school, so you
do the math). He loves
being involved either on stage or working behind the scenes.
It was instilled in him at an early age that it is just as
important to know set construction and other technical aspects of
theatre as well as developing acting skills. Eric has been involved with
ZCT for several years where he is currently the Vice President of the
Board of Directors. He
feels that it is so important to give back to our community, and being
involved with ZCT affords him that opportunity whether by nurturing
young talent and providing them a safe place to learn and have a good
time or by fund raising to help provide a much needed boost to those in
need at the Holiday Season.
Eric enjoys directing as well
as being on stage. He most
recently directed The Lion In Winter at Zanesville Community
Theatre. He is also proud
to say that he was part of the ensemble cast of The Laramie Project.
One of his most favorite roles was Clarence the Angel in Its A
Wonderful Life. Other
shows Eric has been involved in recently include: Our Town and Do
Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up. |

Todd King (Flint)
Todd has been seen on ZCT's stage
for "many" years, both as an actor and as a director.
Recently, Todd lent his talents to a production of The Mystery of Irma
Vep, his hidden pompousness to the production of "Forum" as
the Great Miles Gloriousus, his vocal chords in "Working" as
Mike Dillard and Frank, and throughout his more than
"ten-year" "tenure" with ZCT, his zest for this
organization in various other capacities. He encourages you to
participate as patrons, as volunteers, and as Participants. Be the
voyeur through this production, and hold us to a higher standard. Don't
expect good community theatre from ZCT; expect excellent theatre from a
company that happens to be right here, in your community. |

Sean McClure
(Geoffrey) was first seen on
ZCT's stage as Jack in The Ladies of the Sacred South in 2006. Since
then, he has held major roles in The Laramie Project, Our Town, Do Black
Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?, the 17th Annual Angel Tree
Benefit, and most recently as Richard the Lionhart in The Lion in
Winter. Something's Afoot
has been such fun! |

Julia Free (Hope Langdon) Julia is a freshman home school student who resides in Coshocton. She has been involved in productions at ZCT for a year now, taking part in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, playing Mr. Tumnus, Our Town, playing Rebekah Gibbs, and this year’s 17th Annual Angel Tree Benefit. Something’s Afoot has been her favorite production yet. Being on stage with such a talented group of actors has been nothing short of inspiring, and she has learned more from them each rehearsal. When she’s not goofing off here at ZCT, (or driving here) she spends her time reading, writing, and horseback riding. She will be performing at ZCT again in the upcoming show The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged, in which she will have a greater outlet than ever for silliness and wit. |

Aara Chapman (Lady Grace Manley-Prowe) has been involved in theater most of her life. Although not new to ZCT, it has been a while since she has been on stage here. She has a Secondary Education/Theatre degree from Ohio University. She serves as the Vice -President on the Licking County Players Board of Directors and serves on the Ohio Community Theatre Association Board of Directors as well. Most of the time you will see her at the helm directing, but every once in a while she likes to step out and do a fun role. Other than Something's Afoot some of her favorite shows are: The Boys Next Door, King & I, Once upon a Mattress, Steel Magnolias, Fiddler on the Roof, and Once Upon a Circus Clown. She will be directing You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown at LCP this summer. Aara works for the Ohio Oil & Gas Energy Education Program in Granville. Originally from Zanesville, Aara lives in Newark with her husband and five cats. She and David enjoy many things, including riding their Goldwing. As you can see her life is so busy that it is hard to fit in a family reunion, but that can be solved just by doing a show with her cousins, Sheryl and Ann! |

Jillian Von Gunten
(Lettie, Choreographer) Jillian
is currently a junior at Muskingum College specializing in the areas of
Theater, Political Science, History, and English with majors and minors
that change on a regular basis. Jillian has been involved in theatre for
nearly all of her life and considers ZCT her second home. In addition to
numerous onstage and backstage roles, Jillian is currently rounding out
her third year as ZCT’s President of the Board of Directors. Her
favorite theatrical projects include, portraying Maggie in Cat on a Hot
Tin Roof , Margot Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank and Alais Capet in
The Lion in Winter, as well as directing both The Mystery of Irma Vep
and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. This show has been a great
deal of fun to work on and Jillian is grateful to the cast and
production staff for all of their help.
